We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, being close to the port and offering easy access to buses. The neighborhood had great restaurants, including Bistro Glorijet which served delicious seafood at affordable prices. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with modern amenities. The staff, especially our host Ivona, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were able to leave and return to the hotel without any hassle, and Ivona even arranged a parking space for us. We highly recommend this hotel to others!
All was perfect.

We had a really great stay in Dubrovnik so close to the ferry and central bus station, Montenegro and the main bus station at Gruz. Staff was helpful and provided us with a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area. Early check-in. Everything was simply perfect. Magnificent and comfy setting close to a bus stop. Chilled out in Porat Restaurant & Bar, located near the venue.

A fantastic choice for those traveling to Dubrovnik by car. Apartments Villa Karmen offers secure, covered parking for peace of mind. The Lavender studio with terrace was spacious and comfortable for two people, complete with a functional kitchen and modern furnishings. Marija, our welcoming host, provided early check-in and helpful information about the area. The cleanliness was impeccable, a top priority during these times. Conveniently located near the main port and bus stop, with supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, the apartment was modern, spacious, and had a nice little terrace. The location was convenient for accessing the ferry port and a short walk or bus ride to the old town. The host, Ivona, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I had a great experience staying at Villa Karmen in Dubrovnik. the property is well, maintained and the room I stayed in was superb , clean and modern. the location is brilliant, with the bus station for the old city just a 5, minute walk away. the host, Valonika, was very helpful and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go in Dubrovnik. the free parking and good WiFi connection were also a plus. a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a few days in Dubrovnik. Superb location near the main bus station and ferry port, with lovely views and a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had friendly hosts.
Oh, what fun it was trying to find this place! The lack of signage and visible address truly added excitement to my arrival.

The room was always spotless and fresh towels were provided daily, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. The apartment's proximity to the bus station was great for exploring other areas. We found using Uber to be a better option than local buses for getting to the old town. Ivona was incredibly nice and waited for us with the keys after we arrived late. The property itself was just as expected, with underground parking included. Veronika was an amazing hostess, warmly welcoming us and being attentive to our needs throughout our stay. She even helped me when I forgot something at the apartment. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be close to the port and bus station. The comfortable apartment had a lovely little terrace, and a big supermarket was within walking distance. it was a mind-blowingly positive experience, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, fully equipped kitchen, and more. The air conditioning was a wonderful bonus, and the flat-screen TV was great for entertainment. The availability of cots and the strict no pets and no smoking policies were appreciated as well.

The location was super convenient, with the Dubrovnik Ferry Port and Gruz Harbor nearby for all our epic day trips. The apartment itself was massive and had a sick parking garage, perfect for our squad's ride. And the host, Ivona, was a legend, giving us all the deets on how to explore Dubrovnik like a boss. Can't wait to go back!
If I had to pick one thing, I would say that it would have been even more fire if there were some young party spots within walking distance. But hey, there's always the bus, right?

Helpful and attentive host who arranged laundry services and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. Private outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee.
